Nikita studied orchestral conducting in Moscow under the guidance of legendary conductor Timur Mynbaev. He also graduated violin (Oksana Tikhonova) and composition (Igor Istomin).

As a conductor he performed at Leipzig Gewandhaus, Dresdner Philharmonie, Buxton Opera House, Gordon Craig's Theatre, Wyvern Theatre, Churchhill Theatre, Victoria Theatre, King George's Hall (Blackburn), Belgrade Theatre, Alban Arena, Grand Theatre (Blackpool), New Theatre Royal (Portsmouth), Yvonne Arnaut Theatre, Theatre Wismar, Dresden Kulturpalast, Karlsruhe Konzerthaus, Goettingen Stadthalle, Weiden Max-Reger Halle, Eurogress Aachen.

His 2nd Symphony was performed in the Berlin Philharmonie by Berliner Camerata. He also is author of an opera "Wilhelm Meister", in three acts, based on Goethe's novel 'Wilhelm Meister' Apprenticeship'.

Nikita is also a winner of many competitions, such as II International Olympiad of Arts (Moscow) and All-Russian Musical Competition (1st prize).
As a professional conductor, composer, and musician, Nikita Sukhikh definitely has many strings to his bow, and with over thirty years of classical training, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to categorise this conductor as a musical maestro…
